William Hughes has originated more than 40 debt and equity investments across multifamily, industrial, office, land and hotel asset classes. Prior to joining OCCPO, William Hughes worked in the acquisitions and investments department of Digital Realty, a publicly traded data center REIT. While at Digital, William Hughes' responsibilities included underwriting and managing acquisition and disposition activities and analyzing capital investments within Digital's portfolio
Martin Phillips

Martin Phillips is a partner at OCCPO and serves as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He is a member of the company's executive committee. Martin Phillips joined OCCPO in 2019 and his responsibilities include Head of Portfolio Management (responsible for OCCPO’s equity investment vehicles and portfolio operations) and Head of Equity Asset Management (responsible for implementing the asset management strategy of the company’s equity platform). As well as being responsible for all aspects of the investment process, as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to enhance growth and profitability

Steven Roberts has more than ten years of investment execution experience in various fields of financial markets
Malcolm Whitmore

Malcolm Whitmore is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including initiating, structuring and executing transactions, as well as working with portfolio companies and their management teams to enhance growth and profitability
Malcolm Whitmore has over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A, having worked with companies across a range of industries, focusing on the technology and business services sectors. Prior to OCCPO Capital, Whitmore worked in the investment banking division at Jefferies, where he guided clients on M&A transactions, financings and other strategic initiatives
Nigel Thornecroft

Nigel Thornecroft is an investment manager at OCCPO Capital. Prior to joining OCCPO Capital, Nigel Thornecroft served as Chief Financial Officer of JVC Benelux. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Nigel Thornecroft led the company's turnaround and improved cost control.
Nigel Thornecroft has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and integration, specializing in financial management, valuation and due diligence.
Nigel Thornecroft is particularly involved in transactions where companies face challenging issues. Nigel Thornecroft focuses on the entire investment process and combines strategy with a strong sense of pragmatism

Matthew Green joined OCCPO in 2020. Matthew Green serves as a member of senior executive management. Matthew Green is also responsible for OCCPO's transaction structuring, financing and post-closing execution. Matthew Green manages the business on behalf of various institutional investment partners. Prior to joining OCCPO, Matthew Green had over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining OCCPO, Matthew Green worked at Wells Fargo Securities, the investment banking arm of Wells Fargo, where he focused on the execution of debt, equity and M&A transactions
Maurice Kingsley

Maurice Kingsley is an investment manager at OCCPO Capital. He is responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities and supporting our portfolio companies primarily related to European and U.S. markets.
Prior to joining OCCPO Capital, Johannes was Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Commerzbank. Prior to that, he worked as an internal consultant on M&A and digital transformation projects where he gained extensive experience.
